Privacy Policy for MakeIt10

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This policy explains how the developer of MakeIt10 processes information when you use our Android number-matching puzzle game or visit its website. You can play without signing in. Optional Google sign-in enables cloud saves. For privacy questions and requests, contact xprezyourself@gmail.com.

1. Information stored on your device

We store your game progress, completed levels and achievements, current board and moves, streak, hint and undo usage and credits, settings, and age-gate answer in local app storage. This supports gameplay, saved progress, age-appropriate features, and reminders. The age screen stores whether you selected an under-13 or 13-and-over option; it does not ask for your date of birth.

Clearing app data in Android Settings or uninstalling the app removes this local data. If you have used cloud save, this does not delete your cloud data.

2. Optional Google sign-in and cloud saves

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication process your account information and authentication credentials. The app receives a Firebase user identifier, display name, and email address to identify your account and display its signed-in status. We do not receive your Google password.

While signed in, we use Google Cloud Firestore to store your highest unlocked level, completed-level records (including completion times, hint and undo counts, and clean-solve status), and unlocked achievements under your Firebase user identifier. This lets us restore and merge progress across devices. Your age-gate answer, settings, streak, ad credits, and current unfinished attempt are not included in this cloud-save record.

Signing out stops account-based cloud synchronization on that device, but does not delete previously saved cloud data or your local progress. Firebase and Google also process technical information, such as IP addresses, device or app information, and authentication logs, to operate and secure these services.

3. Advertising and consent

MakeIt10 uses Google AdMob for banner ads, interstitial ads between levels, native ads in the level list, and optional rewarded ads for additional hints or undos. Ad availability depends on your app version, network connection, consent status, and ad service availability. Some testing versions show sample ads.

Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, advertising or other device/app identifiers, device and app information, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic information. These are used to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition, prevent fraud, and, where permitted and consented to, personalize advertising. Non-personalized ads can still involve technical data processing.

For players aged 13 and over, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to obtain advertising choices where required. Where available, you can revisit those choices through Settings > Privacy options. You can also manage advertising identifiers and preferences in Android settings. We do not send your cloud-save email address or display name to AdMob as ad-targeting information.

Google explains its processing at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Age gate and children

The app asks for an age range before enabling age-dependent features. When the under-13 option is selected, Google sign-in, account-based cloud saves, and reminders are not offered. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment, general-audience ad content, and non-personalized advertising. The adult advertising-consent form is not shown to those players.

These settings do not mean that ad services process no data; technical information may still be used to deliver ads, maintain security, and prevent fraud. If you believe a child has supplied account information to us, or you are a parent or guardian requesting access to or deletion of a child’s information, contact us at the address below.

5. Notifications, permissions, and other data

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off through Settings > Reminders or Android notification settings. We do not use a remote push-notification service for these reminders.

Internet access supports ads, sign-in, and cloud saves. Notification permission supports local reminders, and vibration supports optional haptic feedback. Advertising and service SDKs may also declare permissions for network status and identifiers. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise device location.

We do not include a separate Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics integration in the current app. Advertising and authentication services may still collect their own operational and diagnostic information. If you email us, we receive the address and information you include so we can respond.

6. Service providers, website, and international processing

We use Google services to provide authentication, cloud storage, advertising, consent management, and website hosting. Information is shared with those providers as needed for these functions. Advertising partners may process information under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and rights of users and the service.

The website is hosted using Firebase Hosting and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Visiting it sends technical request information, including your IP address and browser information, to the relevant providers. We do not add an advertising or analytics script to the current website.

Providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Their applicable terms and privacy notices describe international-transfer safeguards and retention practices. Firebase’s privacy information is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

7. Why we process information

We use information to provide gameplay and requested cloud saves, display and measure ads, respect privacy choices, operate reminders, maintain security, and respond to support requests. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the services you request, consent where required (including relevant advertising choices), legitimate interests in security and service operation where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

8. Retention and deletion requests

Local information remains until you clear app data or uninstall. Account and cloud-save information is retained to provide account access and restore progress until you request deletion; the app does not currently provide an automatic inactivity-deletion schedule. Provider logs and backups are subject to the providers’ retention practices and any applicable legal requirements.

To request deletion of your MakeIt10 account and associated cloud progress, email xprezyourself@gmail.com with the subject “MakeIt10 account deletion”, preferably from the Google email address used to sign in. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Do not send your password. You may also request deletion of cloud progress without deleting your account.

The app currently has no in-app account-deletion button. Signing out, revoking Google access, or uninstalling does not by itself delete Firebase account or cloud-save records. After deletion, signing in again may create a new account and upload progress still stored on your device; clear local app data as well if you want a fresh start.

9. Your privacy rights and security

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to the contact address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use the security features of our service providers to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.

For privacy questions, access requests, or account and data deletion requests, contact the MakeIt10 developer at xprezyourself@gmail.com.
